Peanut Satay Bowl With Roasted Tofu - V, GF

A flavour-packed dish with brown rice, roasted veggies, crispy marinated tofu, pickled veggies and a peanut satay sauce.

Cobb Salad - V, GF

A fresh salad with local & organic spinach, fresh vegetables, tofu egg salad, tempeh bacon and a lemon-thyme vinaigrette.

Our soup and salad combo this week is: Spiced Chickpea & Peanut Soup served with a side of Rainbow Salad with Ginger-Mango Dressing.

Mushroom Bourguignon Over Mashed Potatoes - V, GF

A fresh & comforting dish with homemade mushroom bourguignon and local spinach, served over mashed potatoes.

Spiced Chickpea & Peanut Soup - V, GF

A creamy and spicy soup with chickpeas, peanut and kale.

Vegan Kefta with Cashew Tzatziki - V, GF

Herby vegan kefta made with impossible meat served with a vegan cashew tzatziki, over lentil spiced brown rice.

Saag Tofu "Paneer" - V, GF

A comforting curry with tofu "paneer" in a rich coconut-spinach sauce.

Black Bean and Sweet Potato Enchilada Casserole (Frozen) - V, GF

Our house-made enchilada casserole full of fresh ingredients! Topped with a creamy chipotle, tomato and cashew sauce.

Creamy Kale & Broccoli Lasagna (Frozen) - V

Our house-made vegan lasagne layered with noodles, sauteed kale & broccoli, tofu ricotta, vegan mozza & alfredo sauce.

Ingredients: Organic tofu, wheat noodles, cashews, vegan butter, vegan soy mozza, organic veggies, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, vinegar, organic veggies, cashews, spices. 

Mac & Cheese (Frozen) - V

Our classic house-made vegan mac & cheese made with topped with toasty breadcrumbs.

Ingredients: Wheat noodles, cashews, breadcrumbs, vegan daiya cheese, oat milk, tapioca starch, salt, spices.

Roasted local cauliflower topped with an herby & crispy breadcrumb.

A fresh orzo salad with roasted veggies, spiced crispy chickpeas, and a lemon-oil dressing and our house-made feta.

Turmeric rice - V, GF, NF

Steamed organic rice delicately spiced with turmeric.
