Coconut yogurt topped with maple syrup, chia seed pudding, fruit & organic granola.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Parfait - V, GF

Napa and Kale Slaw Salad with Crunchy BBQ "Chicken" - V

A fresh and crunchy salad with crisp veggies, crispy chickpeas, BBQ vegan chicken, and a pickled jalapeño ranch.

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, vegan chicken, organic chickpeas, cashews, pickled jalapenos, Dijon, nutritional yeast, seeds, vinegar, organic herbs, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Cashew "Chicken" Salad  - V, GF

A fresh salad with marinated & roasted "honey" soy tofu, fresh & crisp veggies, mandarins, lettuce, and a soy-scallion dressing.

Ingredients: Organic tofu, organic seasonal veggies, sesame seeds, GF tamari, cashews, maple syrup, sugar, vinegar, organic herbs, organic lemon/lime juice, organic garlic, oil, salt, spices.

Nicoise Salad - V, GF

A fresh salad with local & organic greens, fresh vegetables, chickpea "tuna", and a vinaigrette.

Soup & Salad Combo - V, GF

Our soup and salad combo this week is: Thai red curry soup served with a side of sesame, ginger & peanut coleslaw.

Ingredients: Organic tofu, organic seasonal veggies, coconut milk, organic garlic, sugar, sesame oil, peanuts, canola oil, brown sugar, vinegar, maple syrup, red curry paste, lemongrass, organic ginger, canola oil, salt, spices, organic lemon/lime juice.


Dinner Mains:

Crispy Polenta With Wild Leek Pesto - V, GF

A flavourful dish with roasted veggies, crispy polenta steaks, and a fresh pesto with ramps from our farm! 

Ingredients: Organic seasonal veggies, cornmeal, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, vegan soy parm, organic oat milk, cashews, organic herbs, organic garlic, lemon/lime juice, olive oil, salt, spices.

Cheesy Quinoa Stuffed Peppers - V, GF

Southwest flavoured stuffed peppers with quinoa, vegan cheese, black beans, corn and a chipotle sauce.

Thai Red Curry Soup  - V, GF

A creamy, tangy and slightly spicy red Thai curry soup with tofu, fresh veggies, and fresh herbs

Butter Tofu Curry - V, GF

A comforting curry with tofu "chicken" and a creamy coconut-tomato sauce.

Broccoli & Cheddar Soup (Frozen) - V, GF, NF

A creamy pureed soup with broccoli & vegan cheddar.

Creamy Vegetable and White Bean Casserole (Frozen) - V

A creamy & warming casserole with white beans, broccoli, kale, herbs and potatoes baked in a creamy cashew sauce and topped with vegan mozza.

Ingredients: Organic seasonal vegetables, navy beans, cashews, oat milk, coconut oil, vegan butter, olive oil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, vinegar, organic veggies, spices.

A delicious salad with local spinach, local roasted beets, toasted walnuts, our house-made feta, and a maple balsamic dressing.

Sesame, Ginger & Peanut Coleslaw - V, GF

A super fresh coleslaw with cabbage, carrots, and broccoli, with a sesame-ginger dressing with crushed peanuts.

Green Goddess Kale Salad - V, GF

Turmeric rice - V, GF, NF

Steamed organic rice delicately spiced with turmeric.
